These Terms and Conditions of Sale also contain important legal information regarding your rights under the regulations applicable to distance contracts and e-commerce in Switzerland.
1. Scope and Contracting Parties
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all contracts concluded between you as the customer (“you”) and Happy Pets World sàrl, operator of the nacani-cbd.ch website (“the nacani online store”). By placing an order, you accept the T&Cs in their version effective at the date of the order. Any differing or additional general conditions shall only apply if Happy Pets World sàrl has accepted them in writing on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 These T&Cs apply only to consumers. A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activity.

2. Conclusion of the Contract du contrat
2.1 The presentation of products on the nacani-cbd.ch website does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Selected products are first added to a virtual shopping cart. The contents of the cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. After entering your contact, payment, and shipping information, you submit a firm purchase offer by clicking the order button. Before that, you have the opportunity to review and correct the entered data. Ordering is only possible if you accept the T&Cs.
2.2 An automatic acknowledgment of receipt is sent to you by email after ordering; this does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
2.3 The contract is concluded by a confirmation email or by shipment of the goods.
3. Delivery, Product Availability, Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Delivery is made after full payment is received. Shipment takes place within 2 to 3 working days.
3.2 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
3.3 In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, Happy Pets World Sàrl reserves the right to refuse the order. In such a case, an immediate refund will be issued.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs, Customs Fees
4.1 Prices displayed on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable Swiss VAT.

4.3 Pay on invoice by bank transfer is only available for our B2B clients (clients who are a registered company)
4.4 Shipping Costs (Switzerland)
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and type of goods. The exact amount is shown before confirming your order.
For special deliveries (e.g., on pallets), an adapted rate will be communicated to you in advance.
Deliveries via our website are only possible within Switzerland. For any international delivery requests, please contact us by email at info@nacani-cbd.ch.
4.5 Additional taxes or fees may apply for international deliveries (e.g., customs duties), which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Payment, Retention of Title, Insurance
5.1 Accepted payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard)
- Direct bank transfer
All transactions are secured via Stripe or partner payment platforms. Banking data are not stored on our servers.
5.2 The goods remain the property of Happy Pets World Sàrl until full payment has been made.
5.3 The goods are insured until delivery. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon receipt and signing of the package.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
6.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without justification. The period starts from receipt of the goods by you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier).
To exercise your right, you must notify your decision to info@nacani-cbd.ch within the deadlines.
Exception : opened or used products cannot be returned, except in case of obvious defects.
6.2 Consequences of withdrawal
We will refund all payments, with the exception of standard delivery costs, within 15 days after receiving the return. The refund will be made using the original method of payment.
Return costs are at your expense. The returned package must be traceable and insured.
7. Legal Warranty
You benefit from the legal warranty under Swiss law in case of material or manufacturing defects.
8. Liability
8.1 Happy Pets World Sàrl is liable in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8.2 In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to:
- Damage to life or health
- Breach of essential contractual obligations (proper contract performance), within the limits of typical and foreseeable damages.
These limitations also apply to third parties.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law under the jurisdiction of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions.
